How long does the preparation take?

For 4 people, dressing and quick hair styling take about 2 hours, and undressing only takes a few minutes.

From what age can guests participate?

Children can join from 3 years old.

Where will the kimono dressing, preparation, and undressing take place?

We will visit your room or place to provide kimono dressing, preparation, and undressing.

What happens to the outdoor photo shoot in case of rain?

Since Kimono is delicate in the rain, if the weather forecast (2 days before) shows more than a 50% chance of rain, we will suggest indoor photo shoot locations and consult with you about the alternatives.

 

Can I take photos by myself?

Yes, of course you can take your own photos. If you wish, we can also provide an Insta360 camera for you to use. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.

How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our booking form. For questions or inquiries, please contact us by email.

Can I make a tentative reservation?

We do not accept tentative reservations.

Can I book on behalf of someone?

Yes, of course. However, please be sure to let us know at least one of the passenger’s name and contact information so we can get in touch with them.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, it may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us by email for confirmation.

What are the payment methods?

We accept credit card payments only. All payments must be made in advance.

What’s included in the plan?

All plan includes

  • Kimono rental

  • Kimono dressing (including undressing)

  • Simple hair styling

  • Chauffeured car service

  • Casual photo shoot (not professional)

What’s not included in the plan?

It doesn’t include fees for such as: lunch/food/beverage, entrance fee of tourist spots, fee of boats/cable cars, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before. 50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days prior, and 100% charge thereafter.

How many locations can we visit?

→ With the Family Plan: 1 location.
→ With the Prestige Plan: 2–3 locations.
→ For Corporate Plans: subject to consultation.

Can our pets also join the tour?

Sure, but please keep them in carrier bags/ travel crates.  

What are the available hours for the plan?

The plan is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For other time slots, arrangements may be possible with an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

What optional services are available?

Optional services not included in the plan are as follows:

  • Kimono Makeup & Hair Styling: 15,000 yen

  • Professional photography: 22,000 yen
    Photo data will be delivered in approximately 2–3 weeks.
